Why Gluten Free Pasta Salad Recipe?
I’ve been gluten free for years now and have had a hard time finding a gluten free pasta salad recipe that is delicious, until now! This recipe is also dairy free and soy free but if those aren’t concerns for you then you can adapt the recipe to fit your needs.
The only cooking involved are the gluten free noodles and every thing else you can customize as you’d like but I love the recipe as I laid it out.

Notes
Delicious!
It’s often hard to find gluten free pasta salad recipes, especially ones that still taste great and are easy to make PLUS delicious when served cold. This is perfect for a picnic, BBQ, or just to have for lunch indoors too. I love making this in the summer and spreading it over two nights of meals as a side dish. Prior to finding this recipe and adapting it to be allergen-friendly, I had a hard time finding allergen-friendly pasta salad and really missed my ‘Suddenly Salads’ that I used to eat ALL the time before I discovered my food sensitivities. This recipe is a great alternative to those.
