Are you looking for an easy gluten free dairy free recipe for dinner? Here is one of our favorites that even our picky eaters will eat!
Gluten Free Recipe
When we had to start eating gluten free and dairy free, I thought cooking would never be simple again. This gluten free and dairy free easy cheesy chicken pasta meal has proved that wrong. This meal is simple to prepare and our kids actually love it.
This recipe can be gluten, dairy, and soy-free or not, that’s up to you! This recipe is adapted from a non-gluten free recipe that is a bit more complex. I like to keep things simple. The recipe says it serves 6 but we typically are able to stretch it to 2 nights of meals for the 5 of us, but that includes 3 littles, so you be the judge according to your family.
